    Igår vid 1600 slutade internet uppkoplingen att fungera för min och en kompis iphone…. WiFi funkar men inte att hämta mail, surfa osv med Telia edge!!! Vi har ominstallerat en telefon från början (återställd) men detta hjälpte INTE… (vi har E logon i telefonen )

    Du har inte tänkt att det kanske är telia som kör service på nätet eller något?

    Ni är inte ensamma…

    flera på 99.se har samma problem, det verkar som telias dns inte fungerar som det ska.

    Här är en lösning, har dock ej testat eller läst igenom

    det verkar som att många lyckas få igång Edge efter följt den guiden.

    Den är däremot inte helt lätt för den oinvigde Iphone fantasten…

    Typ punkt3 :

    Solution – Step 3
    1. Connect with SFTP to your iPhone
    2. Copy iopendns from the archive to iPhones directory /bin
    3. chmod 755 iopendns
    4. Goto /System/Library/SystemConfiguration/Kicker.bundle/
    5. Duplicate Kicker.xml and rename the duplicate to Kicker.xml.bak
    6. Copy/Replace Kicker.xml from Archive into the iPhone folder /System/Library/SystemConfiguration/Kicker.bundle/
    9. Copy enable-opendns (the one you edited) into the iPhone folder /System/Library/SystemConfiguration/Kicker.bundle/
    10. chmod 755 enable-opendns
    11. reboot the iPhone (Hold Sleep/Start-button and Home-Button until Apple-Logo appears, then let go both)

    Jag hittade ett program för SFTP på download.com och när jag försöker ansluta till iphone vill den ha ett användarnamn och lösenord. Någon som kan förklara lite bättre än guiden?

    Ngn som lyckats få igång telias edge på sin Iphone?

    jepp jag hade mäckta problem med mitt edge provade en massa saker, men inget fungerade, till slut hittade jag lösningen. Och nu har jag efter en månads felsökande edge som fungerar. Kör det på Telia abbonemang.
