Have previosuly reported on this problem. Technical suport are still working – so now I have come to the conclusion Iphone 3GS and Tele 2 will not work together at all, and techncial support are just stringing me along. They know it does not work andf there is nothing they can fix.
So I’d like some advice from users.
1) Break the contarct with Tele 2 and get compensation, and go to another supplierWhat would be reasonable compensation for a service that drops the line in one out of every 2 calls? And SMS messaging only notifies me 2 or 3 days later I have a call
2) Sell the Iphone 3GS, 32 Gb – anyone intersted?
3) Get an HTC ? And carry on with Tele 2 (they do have a reasonable tariff 69 öre per call)
4) Buy the new Iphone 4?

1) I doubt Tele2 will give you anything, If they did it would be phone credits, which doesn’t really serve any purpose right now…=)
2) If the price is right and the darn thing works with Telenor I myself might be interested
3) Pfft! 😛
4) Tele2 is just as likely to be flaky with iPhone 4 as it was with 3G/3GSFirst of all you have to decide who you are upset at, is it Tele2 or iPhone? If its Tele2 then terminate your suscription due to these technical errors and use another carrier that works well on iPhone. All other swedish carriers works fine on iPhone.
If its iPhone try first returning it to Tele2 and get another cellphone, Tele2 has plenty of other smartphones. Since you had these many issues with their carrier I think they would give you another phone at the equal price.

OK – could imagine selling it 3GS 32 GB – bought in November I think, but no guarantee re Telenor, pristine condition as I got the best protection possible.
What’s a right price? Could also imagine chnaging it for 2 3GS 16 GB for my wife and daughter?

It’s the combination, maybe I’ll try and swap it for 2 Iphone 3GS 16 GB and switch to HTC!
